We believe that, done properly, our work can make the world a better place. We are focused on delivering the best possible experience, and most value, to all the people our business touches. We strive to do the right thing for all parties in all situations, and to bring care and love to all our interactions.
Joy
We believe our work can be fun. We want people to feel good about the work they do, and to connect our mission to their own personal values. We always remember that our business is comprised of people, and we want those people to enjoy their work and their lives. All of our actions are in support of this goal.
Creativity
At DCG, we believe we do our best work, and deliver the most value, when we bring our full, authentic, creative selves to our work. We leverage our experience and knowledge to think outside the box to choose the best path to getting work done in the most efficient and effective way possible.
Meet Our Founder
Dak Gilinsky
Dak has worked in professional services for over ten years. He applies a broad knowledge of various industries and functions including management consulting, finance and accounting, and legal. He knows the LA market intimately, and has served many of the market’s top companies.
Dak is a SoCal native, a lover of all things outdoors and a frequent traveler. He received his BA/BS from UC Berkeley (with honors) and pursued additional accounting and finance education at UCLA.
